Terms
Plain terms for buying from Public Domain Brand. By placing an order you agree to them.
Made to order
Everything here is printed when you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Because each piece is made for you, colours and print placement can vary slightly from the pictures, and screens show colour differently.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay, and any sales tax that applies is added at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. If we’ve made an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel and fully refund the order rather than fill it.
Shipping
We ship within the United States for now. Delivery estimates are estimates — once a parcel is with the carrier, timing is out of our hands. Please check your address carefully: we can’t reroute an order once it’s been printed and shipped.
Returns and problems
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it. Because items are made to order, we can’t take returns for a change of mind or a wrong size, so if you’re unsure about sizing, email us before you order. Full details: Shipping & returns.
Cancelling
Email hello@publicdomainbrand.com as fast as you can. If your order hasn’t gone to print yet we’ll cancel and refund it; once it’s in production we can’t.
The art and the designs
The artworks we build from are in the public domain — they belong to everyone, you included. Our designs, arrangements, product photos, logos and the Public Domain Brand name are ours. Please don’t copy or resell them.
The fine print
We run this site as carefully as we can, but it’s provided as-is, and we may change products, prices or these terms at any time — the version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer law.
