Privacy
The short version: we collect what it takes to make and ship your order, and nothing else. No ad trackers, no analytics scripts, no selling or sharing your details for marketing.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. That’s it. We keep a record of the order so we can ship it, answer questions about it and keep our books.
If you email us, we have your email and whatever you wrote.
What we never see
Your card. Payment happens on Stripe’s own secure page — card numbers never pass through or get stored on our site.
Who else sees your details
- Stripe processes your payment and sends your receipt. Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Printful prints and ships your order, so they receive your name, address and what to make. Printful’s privacy policy.
- The shipping carrier gets what’s on the label.
Nobody else. We don’t sell, rent or trade customer information.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. Your cart is saved in your own browser’s storage so it’s still there when you come back — it isn’t sent to us until you check out. Like every website, our server keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for customer service, accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
Want to know what we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted? Email hello@publicdomainbrand.com and we’ll take care of it, apart from anything we’re legally required to keep (like sales records).
Kids
This store isn’t aimed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
